Edmund P. Daley
Founding partner
Ed Daley, a founding partner of Moquin & Daley, passed away on October 15, 2014. Ed was a superb trial lawyer, a “lawyer’s lawyer”, who was passionate about representing his clients.
Ed was a graduate of Boston College Law School and, before founding Moquin & Daley with Dick Moquin in 1984, was on the faculty of University of Pennsylvania Law School, after which he provided legal services to the underprivileged.
All of us at Moquin & Daley miss our partner every day, and remember him not only for his formidable legal skills, but also for his warmth, kindness, integrity and leadership.
